Membership Cancellation

This Cancellation Policy applies to all membership subscriptions purchased through our Shopify store. It complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (CCR 2013).

1. Your right to cancel within 14 days

1.1 You have a legal right to cancel your membership within 14 days of the contract starting (“cooling-off period”).

1.2 If you cancel within this time and have not used any membership benefits, we will refund your payment in full.

1.3 If you cancel within this time and have used membership benefits (including service fee waivers, discounts on products or services, or partner offers/freebies), the value of those benefits will be deducted from your refund.

1.4 If the value of benefits used is equal to or greater than the membership fee, no refund will be due.

1.5 No additional administrative fees will be charged for processing your cancellation.

2. Cancellations after the 14-day cooling-off period

2.1 After the 14-day period has passed, you may cancel your membership at any time through your online account.

2.2 Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

2.3 No refunds or partial refunds are given once a billing period has begun.

3. How to cancel

3.1 All cancellations must be made through your online account.

3.2 We do not accept cancellations by email, phone, or post.

3.3 Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive confirmation by email.

4. Combined memberships

4.1 If you have purchased more than one membership under a combined plan, cancellation of one membership will end the combined discount.

4.2 Remaining memberships will continue at their standard price unless cancelled separately.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refunds (where applicable) will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of us confirming your cancellation.

5.2 Refunds cannot be made to an alternative payment method.

6. Data after cancellation

6.1 When you cancel, we will retain only the personal data necessary to comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

6.2 All other data will be securely deleted in line with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.

7. Changes to this policy

7.1 We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, or our business practices.
