- Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48®): Usually 2 working days. Remote areas may take longer.
- Special Delivery (Guaranteed): Next working day for most postcodes. Some remote and island postcodes take 2–3 days.
You’ll get a tracking link and delivery slot from Royal Mail once your parcel is on the move.
Packaging and Pricing
Your delivery price already covers all packaging costs.
- Standard medicines and goods: Sent in plain, tamper-proof, 100% recyclable packaging.
- GLP-1 and other temperature-sensitive medicines: Sent in cold chain packaging to keep them safe and effective.
Discreet Packaging
- Plain cardboard, no logos or branding inside or out.
- Sealed with glue so it’s tamper-proof.
- Where possible, small parcels are sized to fit through your letterbox. You’ll confirm at checkout if this is safe (don’t choose this if pets or children could reach your post).
Tracking and Control
Your Royal Mail tracking link lets you:
- Change your delivery date
- Nominate a Safeplace or neighbour
- Redirect to a Post Office or Customer Service Point
Signature on Delivery
Pharmacy-only or prescription medicines may require a signature. You’ll be told in checkout if this applies.
Not Home?
Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your order or rearrange delivery — often as soon as the next working day.
Remote Areas
Some postcodes always take longer, including:
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
Allow 1–2 extra working days for these areas.
