Am I eligible for the weight loss programme?

To be eligible, you must be a UK resident aged 18 or over with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or above. You may also qualify with a BMI of 27 or above if you have a weight-related medical condition.

Eligibility is confirmed through a clinical consultation, identity verification, and a review of your height and weight supported by a photo. Our clinical team may contact you if further information is needed to ensure treatment is safe and appropriate for you.

How do Wegovy and Mounjaro work?

Wegovy and Mounjaro belong to a group of medicines known as GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonists. They mimic hormones naturally produced in the gut.

These medicines slow the rate at which your stomach empties and signal the brain to increase feelings of fullness while reducing appetite. This helps you follow a calorie-controlled diet by managing hunger and cravings.

How does pricing and membership work?

We offer two ways to access the service.

Pay As You Go
You pay for the medication plus a professional service fee each time your prescription is dispensed.

Membership
You pay an annual membership fee upfront. This gives you access to reduced costs. You then pay only for the medication at each dispense and the service fee is waived.

Postage is calculated separately based on your chosen delivery option and is 100% Royal Mail.

Who provides my clinical care and medication?

All clinical assessments and prescriptions are managed by our independent prescribing partner, ABSM Healthcare Ltd.

Your care is overseen by GPhC-registered pharmacist prescribers, led by Superintendent Pharmacist Andy Boysan (2047716). Once a prescription is issued, your medication is dispensed and shipped by our regulated third-party partner pharmacy (GPhC Reg No. 9012559).

How much weight can I expect to lose?

Clinical trials show that these medicines can support significant weight loss when combined with lifestyle changes.

On average, participants using Wegovy lost around 15% of their body weight over 68 weeks. Participants using the highest dose of Mounjaro lost up to 22.5% over 72 weeks.

Individual results vary and depend on adherence to the programme and personal biology.

*Based on member pricing. For our customers who are targeting weight loss of 15% of greater they would typically be on a programme for 12+ months and membership is the most cost effective. For our customers with lower targets we would advise taking our pay-as-you-go option as you may find it is more cost effective over a shorter period.
