Refund policy
We get it. Sometimes you buy something and want to send it back. But when it comes to medicines, the rules are different — and strict.
Medicines can’t be returned.
UK law says once medicines leave the pharmacy, they can’t come back. No exceptions. That covers everything: injections, tablets, creams, liquids, sprays, pain relief, allergy treatments, even travel meds. If it counts as a medicine, it can’t be returned.
Why?
- The law is clear: medicines must be stored and handled under tight controls. Once they leave our hands, we can’t legally take them back.
- Safety matters. We can’t guarantee a returned medicine has been stored right — and putting it back into circulation could put people at risk. Returned medicines are destroyed for that reason.
What should you do if you don’t need it anymore?
Don’t send it to us. Take it to your local pharmacy, where they’ll dispose of it safely and for free.
